That Chimera and Rockbomb up there are actually the heroes in Dragon Quest VII. If you have a monster heart you can change party members into monsters at the Dharma Temple.

Gerion, Giga Mutant, Mimic, and Slime are some of the monsters you can transform into. I guess slimes biggest skill is being squishy and adorable?

Here’s a look at the three advanced  classes in Dragon Quest VII. Like solving problems with your fists? Godhand is the class for you. Prefer magical powers? Go for Summoner. The Hero clsas is probably the most powerful since it recovers HP every round and has a mix of offensive magic spells plus revive.
